Unfortunately, we aren’t currently set up to take orders online. Orders can be placed by email or via your own purchase order system.
Firstly get in touch! Either by phone, email or the ‘Contact Us’ page. We will discuss your ideas and requirements, then create a design proof & quote for your consideration.
If you are a school, academy, college, council or government body, we can accept your official purchase order by email. Alternatively, we are able to send over a pro-forma invoice once you are happy with your design(s).

Our magnetic whiteboards are steel coated front & back, so both sides are receptive to printed magnetic indicators & whiteboard magnets – which is great if you choose a mobile whiteboard, or a whiteboard with doors.
We are also able to produce printed magnetic tiles/plates (with or without a magnetic face) that can be used with the magnetic whiteboard face eg. a patient information tile/plate.
Yes, we are able to supply a range of pen/accessory holders, document holders, magnetic erasers etc. Just get in touch to find out more.
The printed whiteboard surface is guaranteed for 5 years…we’re that confident!

Design/Artwork
No problem! Simply get in touch with us & one of our design team will go through what your whiteboard will be used for with you and come up with the best ideas for your needs. Alternatively, you may already have an idea/template yourself, or a photograph of an existing whiteboard, all of which you can send over to us. Basically, we can work from anything – you’d be amazed at some of the things we receive! The more information the better. We will then create a design proof for you to consider.
There are multiple ways that we can receive your artwork. Either by email, wetransfer.com or via our simple artworker.ai account. Get in touch and we will be happy to go through these options with you.
Yes, the design is included in the cost of the whiteboard, with unlimited amendments. We have a very transparent system – you simply pay one price for your printed magnetic whiteboard & this includes everything except VAT.

Delivery
This varies depending on the type of order. Typically, for a stock sized board without doors, we aim to deliver 5-7 days from receipt of order (assuming the design has been approved). Delivery on all other order types would be quoted individually, but rarely exceed 15-20 working days.
Yes. All delivery costs will be clearly shown on the quote.
We take every care to package our products extremely well to avoid this happening. In the unlikely event this happens, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and we will replace your product with no quibble and at no extra charge.
Invoicing/Payments

We are able to receive purchase orders if you are a school, academy, college, council or government body, please email your order to us. We would then send an invoice once your order has been despatched.
Alternatively, we are able to send over a pro-forma invoice with payment instructions. Once payment has been received your order will be passed through to production.
