A printed magnetic whiteboard to help staff reflect how they are feeling by using magnetic indicators placed on the board. A pilot idea set up by the customer to help promote staff well-being based on a leadership principle ‘The Mood Elevator’ that looks at the moment-to-moment experience of life.
We produced a design based on this principle and gained permission for the NHS to use the images for free, from the owners of the Mood Elevator and Brain State Mood Elevator. We printed this on a magnetic whiteboard along with producing and supplying magnetic emojis to use with the board.
Reports back were that the idea proved very popular and a few months later another department ordered a repeat board.
